Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, in the original packaging with all hallmarks intact. Custom-sized, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.To initiate a return, email hello@aneira.co with your order number. Once we receive and verify the piece, refund to original payment method within 7-10 business days.
