Bridal
- Can I see the piece before I buy?
- Yes. Book an in-store viewing at our Chennai atelier, or a video-call viewing if you're elsewhere. Book a viewing →
- Do you offer custom bridal sets?
- Yes. Custom bridal sets begin at ₹3,00,000 and take 4-6 weeks. Start with a sketch session at the atelier or over video call.
Lab-Grown Diamonds
- Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
- Chemically and optically identical to mined diamonds. Same hardness (Mohs 10), same fire, same certification (IGI / GIA). The only difference is origin: lab-grown stones are made in a few weeks in a lab; mined ones take billions of years underground. Both are real diamonds.
Sizing
- How do I know my ring size?
- Visit the atelier for a precise mandrel sizing, or use the printable ring sizer at hello@aneira.co. Rings can be resized once free within the first 6 months.
Care
- How do I clean my piece at home?
- Warm water, mild soap, soft toothbrush. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners for emeralds, pearls, or any piece with closed-back settings. Bring it back to us for a free annual ultrasonic clean.
Shipping
- Do you ship internationally?
- Not at launch. India only for now. International shipping coming late 2026.
Returns
- What if the piece doesn't fit?
- Rings can be resized free once within 6 months. Bracelets and bangles can be returned within 15 days for refund or exchange. Full return policy →
